Covered under a high-deductible health plan
Not covered by any other health plan
Not entitled to benefits under Medicare
Not a dependent on another person’s tax return
*$2.50 monthly service charge on all HSA accounts **Annual Percentage Yields (APY) are effective 11/1/2022 and subject to change. APY is tiered: balances of up to $2,499.99 earn .50% APY, $2,500 to $9,999.99 earn 1.25% APY, $10,000.00 and over earn 2.00% APY. No minimum opening deposit. Fees or other conditions could reduce the earnings on this account.
